I had all sorts of excuses not to address my unhealthy lifestyle. I was too busy with work, too busy socialising, not fit enough for a personal trainer or I didn't have the right clothes to wear, but when a friend recommended Geri I took the plunge as left to my own devices I knew I was going to stay in the same old rut. 

Before my first session I was so scared but Geri put me at complete ease. She is so friendly in her approach and knows how to adapt things to your liking whilst still pushing you. I now go to my sessions with a spring in my step. I love the fact they are outdoors in her garden and I can't believe when the session is over as I'm enjoying it so much. 

Her regular check-ins throughout the week help keep me on track, but she is also realistic in how day to day life can sometimes take over. I genuinely look forward to my PT sessions. It might sound cheesy but although I've still got a long way to go, Geri has changed my life! My attitude to exercise and food has now become a priority.
