My Approach to Fitness
I have a fun and realistic approach to Personal Training (PT) where I try to fully understand your fitness goals before shaping a plan which is realistic and achievable. My philosophy is fitness – and life – is all about balance!
It’s important to be able to enjoy a weekend away or family celebration, but at the same time, train hard enough in the week that you won't undo all your good work.
By combining over 15 years of industry experience, a wide variety of training methods and my friendly motivational style, I help my clients achieve the results they deserve!
My lifelong love of the gym and all things fitness encouraged me to become a Fitness Instructor when I was 22 in Glasgow. Since then, I have taught all over London and Glasgow while simultaneously working as a Trade Marketing Manager for Coca-Cola, Reckitt Benckiser & GSK.
In 2017, after the birth of my youngest daughter, I decided to swap the dreaded commute for a full-time career in fitness to help other professionals and parents to achieve their fitness goals, regardless of the occasion or reason!
I am a Level 3 Qualified PT, specialising in Pre- & Post-Natal Fitness. I am based in Putney, South West London, where I run Mum & Baby Boot Camp classes from my private garden, as well as 1:1 Personal Training and Group PT sessions. In addition, I teach Body Pump™, Body Attack™, Body Balance™, Freestyle Spin, Barre and HIIT at the Roehampton Club.
I am First Aid qualified and a registered member of REPS. I have a BA Hons in International Marketing and Spanish and love all things Latino!
