  • Is there a cancellation policy?
    I need a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations, please. You are free to cancel/reschedule your bookings as many times as you like with more than 24 hours' notice. However, you will forfeit your class cost or session credit if you give less than 24 hours' notice. I will, of course, take extenuating circumstances into account.   • Is there an expiry period for block bookings?
    Yes, for a 6-session PT block, your sessions will expire 3 months after purchase. For a 12-session PT block, your sessions will expire 6 months after purchase. This is to ensure you make the most of your PT sessions and achieve the results you're looking for.
  • Where can we train?
    I am a mobile personal trainer so we can train at your home, in your garden, at the park, at my house or in my garden – weather permitting! I also run classes at the Roehampton Club and am happy to come to your place of work for corporate bookings.
  • When can I start training?
    As soon as you like. My online classes are suitable for beginners and my personal training programmes are tailored to you as an individual, so there's nothing stopping you from starting your fitness journey today! Please use the online availability calendar on the Book Now page to book an online class or call me on 07817 800917 to book a consultation.
  • How often should I do classes/PT?
    We recommend 3 to 4 classes per week with a good mixture of cardio, strength and stretching. Personal Training should take place at least once a week to see results.
  • What equipment do I need for online PT sessions?
    Ideally, a mat and some light weights, but these are not essential.
  • I'm really unfit. Can I still train?
    My online fitness classes are suitable for beginners. I recommend you take the class at your own pace and stop if you need to. For personal training, we will have a thorough consultation before we start your PT plan so that will be tailored to your goals and fitness level. It's all about doing what's right for you.
  • What should I wear for PT and/or fitness classes?
    We recommend comfortable, fitted gym clothes and appropriate trainers – not fashion ones! Ideally, trainers should be under 9 months old.
  • Can I purchase gift vouchers for PT and your fitness classes?
    Yes, gift vouchers are available for personal training and online classes. Please contact me for further details.
  • Is there a free trial available?
    Yes, you're welcome to book your first online fitness class for free. Simply visit the Packages & Membership page and select the 'First Class Free' plan. You will then have 1 week to book your first class. We hope you'll love this free taster session and will want to book more classes or buy an unlimited monthly membership! The free trial is for 1x online class only and does not include PT sessions.
  • Are class times displayed in UK time?
    Class times should be displayed in your local time, but you can choose to display them in UK time – GMT or BST (GMT +1 hour from last Sunday of March to last Sunday of October) – should you wish. If in doubt, please ask.
  • Can my online class membership be frozen and/or transferred during the month?
    Unfortunately, monthly subscriptions cannot be frozen once they've started and memberships cannot be transferred.
