This core and upper body circuit workout will challenge your entire upper body and sneak in some core strength training too. Get ready to work your biceps, triceps, chest, back and shoulders plus build core endurance, all in one fun, sweaty workout.
I need a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations, please. You are free to cancel/reschedule your bookings as many times as you like with more than 24 hours' notice. However, you will forfeit your class cost or session credit if you give less than 24 hours' notice. I will, of course, take extenuating circumstances into account.
